A $500 non refundable deposit will be needed to place your order and reserve your spot in the build queue. The rest of the payment will be due when the instrument is complete.
Warranty
Instruments are covered by a warranty for the original owner of the instrument. If problems occur, they will be covered under the warranty for 5 years after the initial purchase. This could be a variety of things. If you have an issue with the instrument please contact me so we can discuss if the issue is under warranty. If the instrument is damaged by improper care from the owner, or an attempted repair, it will not be covered. I do not recommend trying to fix your guitar, because I will not cover any mishaps. If you do choose to adjust the truss rod, it will require a 4mm allen key. All repairs under warranty will be free of charge. I also allow a 24 hour refund period after purchase.
